What is SuperLinkin?

SuperLinkin is a Chrome extension and web app that gives you a faster interface for your LinkedIn messages, with keyboard shortcuts, labels, snooze, templates, optional CRM sync, and an optional connector for AI assistants such as Claude. SuperLinkin is an independent product and is not affiliated with LinkedIn.

Data that stays in your browser

• LinkedIn messages and conversations - Fetched from LinkedIn using the session already active in your browser, and saved in your browser's storage. They are not stored on our servers.
• LinkedIn session - Used by your browser to talk to LinkedIn. We never collect your LinkedIn password or session cookies.
• Labels, stars, snoozes, templates, drafts, and preferences - Stored locally in your browser.

Data we store on our servers

• Account record - Your LinkedIn profile ID, public profile identifier and URL, an extension installation ID, and when you first and last opened SuperLinkin. We use this to identify your account, run your free trial and subscription, and prevent abuse.
• Feedback - If you submit feedback, we store your rating, your comments, and the work email you choose to give us.
• Error diagnostics - Technical error reports from the extension (error type, status code, and a one-way hash instead of any conversation ID) so we can fix bugs. These are deleted automatically after 30 days.
• Integration credentials - If you connect a CRM, the access tokens for that CRM are stored encrypted on our servers. If you connect an AI assistant, we store hashed access tokens for that connection. Access tokens expire after 1 hour and refresh tokens after 30 days.
• Payments - Payments are processed by Stripe. We do not see or store your card details. Stripe shares your purchase details and the profile URL you enter at checkout with us so we can activate your plan.
• Tracked share links - If you use our document tracking tool, we store the link you share and view statistics (approximate location from our hosting provider, browser type, referring site, and time spent). If you require it, viewers' names and email addresses are stored and shown only to you. Raw IP addresses are not stored.

AI assistants (Claude, ChatGPT, and others)

If you choose to connect an AI assistant to SuperLinkin, the assistant can list, search, and read the conversations saved in your browser and save reply drafts. It can also organize conversations with labels, stars, and notes. These organization changes stay in SuperLinkin; they do not send messages or sync notes to a CRM. It can never send messages.

• Each request travels from the assistant through our servers to the SuperLinkin extension in your Chrome, and the answer travels back the same way.
• We do not store or log the requests or the message content that passes through. Messages are held in memory only for the moment needed to deliver the answer.
• Message content you share with an assistant is then handled by that assistant's provider (for example Anthropic for Claude or OpenAI for ChatGPT) under its own privacy policy.
• You can disconnect every assistant at any time in SuperLinkin under Integrations → AI assistants. Access stops immediately.

Reviewer workspace

Our dedicated, password-protected review account contains fictional people and conversations. Drafts, notes, and organization changes in that workspace are stored on our servers so reviewers can inspect them without a Chrome extension. The review account cannot access customer conversations or send LinkedIn messages. We retain fictional review data while the integration is maintained. Reviewer sign-in sets a secure, HttpOnly session cookie that expires after one hour.

CRM integrations

If you connect a CRM (such as Attio or monday.com), the conversation details you choose to sync are sent to that CRM through our servers. They are not kept on our servers. The CRM handles that data under its own privacy policy.

Analytics

Our website uses Google Analytics and Microsoft Clarity, and our web app uses Google Analytics, to understand how pages are used. These tools do not have access to your LinkedIn messages.

Service providers

We use these providers to run SuperLinkin. They process data only on our behalf:

• Turso - Database hosting (EU region)
• Vercel - Website and API hosting
• Cloudflare - Connects AI assistants to the SuperLinkin extension in your Chrome
• Stripe - Payments
• Google Analytics and Microsoft Clarity - Website analytics

We do not sell your data or share it with advertisers.

How long we keep data

• Account records and feedback: until you ask us to delete them.
• Error diagnostics: 30 days.
• AI assistant tokens: 1 hour (access) and 30 days (refresh), or until you disconnect.
• CRM credentials: until you disconnect the integration.
• Messages and drafts in your browser: until you clear them or uninstall the extension.

Your rights

You can ask us to access, correct, export, or delete the data we hold about you by emailing [email protected]. We respond within 30 days. Uninstalling the extension removes everything stored in your browser.

Changes to This Policy

If we make changes to this privacy policy, we will update the "Last updated" date at the top of this page.
