Set up SuperLinkin

SuperLinkin works with your existing LinkedIn session in Chrome. Keep LinkedIn signed in while you use the SuperLinkin app.

    Use Chrome and sign in to LinkedIn

    Open LinkedIn in the same Chrome profile where you use SuperLinkin.

    Enable the SuperLinkin extension

    Confirm the extension is installed and enabled for that browser profile.

    Open the SuperLinkin app

    Open SuperLinkin and allow the inbox to load your LinkedIn conversations.

    Confirm the connection

    Open a conversation and verify that the participant, message history, and reply composer are available.

Keep your LinkedIn session active.

SuperLinkin does not ask for or store your LinkedIn password. If LinkedIn signs you out, sign back in and reload SuperLinkin.

Use this simple loop before customizing anything. It teaches the core behavior of the product and gives every conversation a clear next step.

01Open the inbox

Start with active conversations and select the most recent thread.

02Decide the next action

Reply now, snooze it, label it, star it, or mark it done.

03Move to the next thread

Use J and K to keep processing without breaking flow.

04Review open loops

Check Starred, Snoozed, and label views before you finish your inbox session.

Privacy and data

SuperLinkin is designed as an inbox productivity layer, not a message automation or data-harvesting tool.

Your LinkedIn password is not collectedThe product uses the LinkedIn session already active in your browser.

Troubleshooting

Most connection problems come from the LinkedIn session, the browser profile, or the extension state. Start with the matching check below.

My inbox is empty or does not load

Confirm that LinkedIn is open and signed in within the same Chrome profile, verify that the SuperLinkin extension is enabled, and then reload the app.

A keyboard shortcut is not working

Shortcuts pause while you are typing in an input or while a modal is open. Click outside the composer, close any open dialog with Esc, and confirm shortcuts are enabled in Settings.

I cannot find a snoozed conversation

Open the Snoozed view to see conversations that have not reached their return time. When the snooze expires, the conversation returns to the active inbox.

My CRM is connected but a conversation is not syncing

Confirm that the correct CRM provider is connected, check its destination or field configuration, and make sure CRM sync is enabled for the conversation you are working with.

I signed out of LinkedIn

Sign back in to LinkedIn in the same browser profile and reload SuperLinkin. You do not need to give SuperLinkin your LinkedIn password.

Done
A completed conversation that no longer needs to remain in the active inbox.
Snoozed
A conversation hidden until a future time when it needs attention again.
Starred
A manually prioritized conversation you want to find quickly.
Label
A color-coded category used to organize conversations by stage, priority, or workflow.
Template
A reusable message inserted from the composer with a slash command.
Command palette
A searchable menu for navigating and running inbox actions from the keyboard.

Does SuperLinkin automate LinkedIn messages?

No. SuperLinkin helps you organize and process conversations, but you remain in control of every message and action.

Who is SuperLinkin for?

It is designed for sales professionals, recruiters, founders, agencies, and operators who manage enough LinkedIn conversations that follow-ups and important replies can get lost.

Which CRM integrations are available?

Attio and monday.com are currently supported. Additional CRM integrations are planned.

Do I need Sales Navigator?

No. SuperLinkin focuses on managing conversations after they begin. Sales Navigator can support prospect discovery, but it is not required for the core inbox workflow.
